ECHO NeT Staff Protocols
Mandatory operational protocols and standard operating procedures for all Owners, Community Managers, and Staff Officers. Compliance with these 5 core protocols is strictly enforced.
Protocol 1 Whitelist Application Approval & Attestation Protocol
All player whitelist applications submitted through the web portal must undergo rigorous verification before access is granted to the survival network.
- Mandatory Consultation Rule: You MUST consult with another available Community Manager or Owner before approving any application.
- Solo Wait Mandate: If neither an Owner nor a Community Manager is currently online, you MUST WAIT until one comes online. Never solo-approve.
- Required Attestation Checkbox: When reviewing applications on the portal, staff must check the mandatory attestation checkbox confirming the application follows all guidelines before the approval button unlocks.
- License Classifications: Initial approvals grant a temporary license ($1$ to $15$ days). Permanent licenses require Community Manager or Owner sign-off.
Protocol 2 Player Discipline, Evidence Logging & Zero-Bias Rule
Disciplinary actions (mutes, kicks, temp-bans, IP bans) protect network integrity. Personal bias or unverified claims will result in immediate staff status revocation.
- Empirical Log Proof: Always attach concrete server log lines or unedited screenshot proof before issuing mutes or bans.
- Zero Personal Bias: Exercising staff commands to settle in-game rivalries, base raids, or personal arguments is strictly forbidden.
- Escalation System: Use the
/escalateaction on the dashboard to transfer disputed or complex ban appeals directly to Owners.
Protocol 3 Support Ticket Conduct & Resolution Standards
Community tickets filed through the Feedback Desk are the main player support channel.
- Professional Communication: Respond calmly and respectfully to player tickets regardless of player frustration.
- Resolution Notes: Enter explicit internal resolution notes describing how the issue was resolved before closing any ticket.
Protocol 4 Security Keys, OAuth Tokens & System Confidentiality
- Token Confidentiality: Never share Discord OAuth cookies, session tokens, or internal audit logs with unauthorized individuals.
- Immediate Revocation: Revoked staff accounts lose panel permissions instantly across all endpoints.
Protocol 5 Dynamic Economy Oversight & Market Anti-Exploit Protocol
- Anomaly Reporting: Monitor large player balance surges or rapid shop sales for duplication machine exploits.
- Anti-Dupe Compliance: Ensure all high-tier item transactions strictly observe shop dynamic sell tax rules.
